Ron has been involved in Royal Rangers off and on since 1976. It was not until he took the LTC training in 1991 that solidified his ministry in Royal Rangers.  In 1992 he joined FCF, attended NTC and became a Certified Instructor and also served as a Sectional Staff member. In 1993 he attend ANTC. He later became an Instructor Trainer.  In 1994 he became a Sectional Commander. He is an FCF Wilderness member. One of his favorite Bible passages is Titus Chapter 2.
